ROOMS CANCELLATION POLICY
Room cancellations must be made by 3.00pm local time, 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a penalty of first night’s accommodation charge. No show charge will also incur a first night’s accommodation charge. Not applicable to group reservations or pre-paid non-refundable rates and packages.
GUIDE DOG POLICY
Guide dogs and service dogs permitted, advance notice must be given.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Haslem does not offer refunds on tickets purchased in advance of our events.
AGE AND DRESS CODE POLICY
Each department of the hotel has a dedicated age policy and dress code. Please contact the hotel directly if you require further information.
CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION
Haslem Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards 1 day prior to arrival for first night’s stay. Not applicable for pre-paid packages or room rates which have payment taken at time of booking. Haslem Hotel reserves the right to ask for a further pre-authorisation at check-in for the total accommodation stay, plus a deposit for incidentals.
WHAT IS A PRE-AUTHORISATION?
A pre-authorisation will place the requested amount in a holding state and temporarily reduce the holder’s credit limit. This is NOT a transaction charge. All charges should be settled in full upon departure. Please refer to your banking provider for more details.
CHIP & PIN
Pin verification is required at all times when using a debit or credit card. Where the card holder is not present, details must be provided via telephone and processed through our 3D secure payment facilities.
