Where is Haslem?

Haslem Hotel is conveniently located in Lisburn Square, next to the city’s bus station and a short stroll from the train station. Belfast City Airport is located 13.8 miles away and Belfast International Airport is 15.8 miles away – both less than 25 minutes' drive from the hotel.

Where can I park?

Accessible from Market Place, Lisburn Square Car Park provides direct access via elevator to the hotel lobby. Haslem Guests can enjoy free parking from 10pm to 8am.

When can I check in?

We’re all yours from 3pm on the day you arrive until 12 noon on the day you decide to leave us.

What time is breakfast?

Head down to the Haslem Kitchen for a breakfast menu full of tempting treats and healthy options to set you up for the day! Served daily from 7am until 11:30am.

What’s for dinner?

Head down to the Haslem Kitchen where our chefs serve up mouth-watering breakfast, lunch, or dinner options. Feeling peckish but not starving? Try out our tasty snack menu in the Haslem Bar or grab a caffeine hit from one of our barista boys and girls!

Can I buy a voucher?

You love us so much you want your BFFs to visit too? Ask one of our receptionists to hook you up with gift vouchers or you can purchase here, download and send directly to your friends and fam.

Where can I use my voucher?

Haslem’s Multiple Use Monetary Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for any service within the hotel, including overnight stays, meals Haslem Kitchen and cocktails in Haslem Bar. “Experience” Gift Vouchers must be used for the experience stated on the voucher. These are subject to availability and terms and conditions apply. If any element of the experience is no longer available, we will provide you with an alternative of equivalent value to be defined by the manager on duty.

What about health and safety?

The health and safety of our guests and staff is always our top priority. We are constantly striving to make sure our staff and guests are safe and sound whenever they’re with us. But don’t worry, you’ll still be able to sleep, eat, drink, and relax in a comfortable, welcoming space with some subtle measures in place to keep you safe and sound!

Social distancing will be practiced in all public areas including food and beverage outlets within the hotel. This will be highlighted with helpful floor markings and other snazzy signs. Hurray for personal space! Cashless transactions will be encouraged throughout all areas of the hotel and increased hygiene measures have been implemented, including the addition of hand sanitising stations at a number of points throughout the hotel.
